Paul Schwartzberg Bio Howdy, Paul here, your station owner, Rockin' Oldies Morning Show, Beeper talk show, Swap 'n' Shop and whatever else comes my way guy. I was born and raised in Minneapolis and spent my youth as a discontented member of the Twin Cities punk rock scene. Despite receiving a BA in history from the University of Minnesota I spent my twenties managing a deli, organizing all age rock 'n' roll concerts, and booking touring rockabilly bands in area clubs. I caught the radio bug and moved to New Mexico for my first radio job, doing the news at KPSA in Alamagordo. Eventually, after a brief stint back in the frozen north, my wife and I wound up at KNND, where I became new director and a sales associate. After four years, we bought the station. After our purchase the big change came two and half years later as we changed the format from new country to Oldies in October 2007. We are now having a ball and thank all of our listeners fro joining in the fun and our advertisers for keeping us afloat. |
